  • 'Success doesn't come to you ... you go to it.' - Marva Collins
  • 'Keep Calm and Carry on.'
  • 'Keep your eye on the goal.' - My mum

These are the quotes that have got me to my second year of University, as a Psycholgy student. And I am sure I will need a few more to help me along the way.

I am currently doing 1 module - Psychology and will be starting my next module - Child Development on Saturday. The Psychology module is finished in June (exam time) and after my exam I start my residential school, which is until October but no exam :) However, I through all this I still have my Child Development course, which finishes in October (more exam time) :(  But from November, I will be off until February 2013.

These courses are really intense and expect you to remember a lot of terms. However, I am really surprised that I have remembered about 75% of them cause I always think I never remember anything, especially since I am working full time with screaming kids from 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. They are great fun but its hard to think Psychology after work.

This week I am asked to design, conduct and report an experiment. I have written a report before which is not too hard but all terms that I need to include in the experiment is a bit more daunting. Lucky for me, I have an Oxford Psychology dictionary.
